Take United has a generic automated data entry tool called “DataCrawler” that enables easy, fast and accurate entry of data into any application on an automated basis. DataCrawler has the functionality to read the data from any excel sheets and login to the user application and update based on user application templates that are created to “mimic” the user application data entry screens. DataCrawler is capable of creating users, schedules and logs. The system will give the status reports of jobs done and report if there is any error reported during the processing of the data into the user application.

Functionality provided by Data Crawler include :-

• Ability to import information from an excel predefined template
• Ability to run multiple jobs simultaneously with multiple users
• Ability to queue up unlimited jobs
• Ability to create customized templates based on user application requirements
• User roles defined in the system
  • Administration Rights
  • User rights for various templates (up to template level)
  • Ability to create dynamic templates and dynamic fields
  • Ability to create new users
• System will alert when incorrect information is loaded up and preventing jobs from being completed eg
  • Mismatch of template and spreadsheet data.
  • User is logged into multiple sessions of user application
  • User application is down for Maintenance
  • Templates are incorrectly populated
• Status of jobs can be viewed in real time
  • Pending
  • Running
  • Completed
  • Cancelled
• Once jobs are completed they can be downloaded to excel
• Ability to stop, cancel or restart jobs in process. System will restart where it left off
• System will send emails once jobs are completed to assigned users.
• Ability to upload jobs anywhere there is an internet connection
