Document Grouping – Documents can be grouped while submission instead of individual submission.

Taskbar Notification – each document submitted for approval will be notified via the Taskbar notification.

Automated Reports – Automated management reports will be delivered to specific user group via email as well as in the dashboard.

Integration to Site Project Management – Integration with in-build and 3rd party project management system.

Region and Scope matrix process flow – Process flow can be used by both region and scope.
