ADC Contractors – For ADC contractors
ADC (Acquire, Design & Construction) Contractors provide services on behalf of Mobile Operators. There will typically more than one contractor involved in the Site Survey, Acquisition, Design & Construction and Installation.

These contractors may be involved in any one or more or all of these tasks. The task can be new site building, upgrade, site decommissioning or site maintenance.

e-SiTES handles each of these tasks in a unique way and help the companies to track the status of the project. The system manages the tasks through the milestones achieved and the companies will be able to know the current status at any point of time. The project manager will know who is doing what and where is the bottleneck in achieving the project on time.

The nature of the Tower Companies business is to build and lease the tower infrastructure to multiple mobile network operators. They also manage the infrastructure on behalf of the operators.
